Hi Valerie! I do an enema everyday while I am fasting. If I didn't I know I would feel horrible. I don't mind them at all either. I just don't understand why my skin is breaking out so late in the fast? I guess it's part of the healing. I plan to do 21 or 30 days, depending on how I feel. I did 21 a few years ago and felt fantastic! I fit into all my old clothes in the back of my closet! Happy juicing!
