i live int he country and stay out of traffic. when i was driving every day a few months ago, the car had a hepa filter and i ran an ionic breeze in the car.

i am much less sensitive since beginning iodine.

as far as chemtrails go, yes, therre is something going on there. exactly what, who knows. the internet is full of theories and other info. whatever it is, it aint good. my policy is control what i can control and not worry too much about the rest. i distill my own water and pay close attention to my diet. real close attention.
