Hi huff. I have also heard this. I'm not entirely sure how much merit should be put behind this claim. I do believe in colon cleansing, and I have used Oxypowder for a long time. However, my intentions of cleansing wasn't related to Acne problems.

There are many good products that will help detoxify the colon and help with constipation. Oxypowder is often used as an alternative to laxatives, because it's very easy to have a BM while taking Oxypowder .

But with anything, there are good and bad... just do the proper research on the different products, and you'll be fine. Good Luck!
