I have not feeling good for a while. Very lethargic, depressed and low energy. I was finally diagnosed with adrenal fatigue, and have been on cetain thyroid vitamine supplementation, but did not see any improvement. Yesterday I went to my dentist who is holistic, and he suggested I take Iodoral. Yesterday I took 2 tablets and today I am flying with energy. How could that be possible so soon? I had been taking all these super nutrients and herps and nothing made me feel so good. Is it possible, to feel this way only after a day?
