Hey thanks so much for the words of encouragement, means alot :) and yup your right, just keep going hard honker down and get er done LOL.....I actually feel really good today for some unusual reason, the past couple of days I have felt like I was on my death bed wondering if I would have the energy to even go to the bathroom LOL....today I have to go to the super market, this could be a bit of a challenge LOL...I can smell food on people even, so this should be a fun experience huh..... I feel like I am literally shrinking, I actually jumped on the scales this morning to see and HOLY MOLY I have lost 6 lbs already, I was like WOW.....this is just a small bonus of what I am going to get out of this fast, I can feel it already, my energy is starting to come back and my spirits are starting to lift up higher and I keep imagining myself being healed and it feels GREAT....
My mouth on the other hand tastes disgusting and I dont know if I can handle putting oil in it and swishing it round LOL...might make me ill....but baking soda is doing the trick :) Ok back to happy happy joy joy of fasting....peace out
