i used ti full strength without any problem. but then i have tough skin.

i didnt want to saok in it because of the small amounts needed and the overdose prblems. i can lay in an Epsom Salt bath and soon taste it in my mouth.

i just thought i would give my skin a shot of it and see how it went. along with my clothes, i might do that once every month or so. its a great exfoliant, from the looks of the water afterward. i scrubbed, rinsed in the tub, then a quick shower and hair wash to keep exposure time down.
