Cracking in neck is often cured by doing the Water Cure ,

You most likely have Arthritis in it due to lacking the two building block of cartilage, water and salt. Just read the Arthritis info important is the Recipe. I had the same problem years ago and it quickly disappeared.
Stop all caffeine and/or alcohol immediately.
