i have done this before and yes i do believe you get great benefits fromit. i always found it to be hard to swallow, but i nevert mixed it with apples or carrots, so that might help. but yes, i think this is a good way to do it, though a wheatgrass juicer is better for reasons the above poster mentioned, but the blender method is still good.
