For the past 3 days, no weight-loss according to my scale. WHY? I'm a little bummed but determined to continue for the whole 19 days. Was I naive to think that a pound a day would continue? Any ideas on how can I make the losses start again? I am only having juice, water, tea, and a bit of coffee.
