Well you know that old fear thing, false evidence appearing real. Cause the truth is, that tho you may see any number of things, you are beautiful thru and thru, ireregardless of where your focus is. Suffering, physical and mental, can be ended when we understand how it is only pain, that weve allowed to become greater, than the message it really is. Keep looking into the literature of all the classics and the key to all this stuff is never give up, evan if we stop for a while, and pay strict attention to the small and larger aspects of any tecnique,following strictly rather than customising the process to suit our situation because things are seeming too hard. Sure the proces is flexable, but submissive learning from the more experienced is what seperates the novice from the journeyman till finally because of persistence and perception one gains the title,free, done or evan, master of craft. Discovering mental, emotional and physical healthiness is not a mystery ,its a reward on the journey.
