Always glad to hear from you and glad things are picking up for you. I remember you commented before about having the red and blue dots. I actually was thinking of you when I reposted those symptoms. But you beat me to the punch by knowing about borax already. I certainly am going to get some. I do use tamarind and raw mango (tamarind is well documented, and raw mango was mentioned on a Valerie Saxion show, although I can't find documentation on it), although I had to give them up lately because of the edema I posted about before. I have been staying off fruit and most carbs and NO edema whatsoever. Of course I have been taking more breaks than before as well.

I feel fairly sure the Iodine displaced some of my fluoride, otherwise I don't imagine my fibromyalgia would have just disappeared into the wild blue yonder. Hooray!
