Thank you so much for posting this. Some of the links I have read before in my own research, others are new to me. I feel like little by little the pieces of the puzzle are beginning to fall into place. I was one of those young adults who used fluoride pre-rinses, toothpaste and post brushing rinses thinking I was doing something good. I drank fluoridated water for the first half of my life as well as being a big tea drinker. You would not believe how many of the symptoms of fluoride poisoning apply to me and my health problems. I bought some borax and some boron supplements and am now trying to learn how to use them safely and effectively.
