I just finished blessed herbs Colon Cleanse and the results were incredible. I got out ropes just like they show in the pictures and all kinds of interesting stuff. The fasting part was hard but well worth it. I wasn't really all that hungry because the toxin absorber (basically pb shakes) keeps you full. But just thought about food a lot. I would recommend doing nightly enemas. I only did an enema the last two nights but in retrospect think I should have done them every night. I got out some really funky stuff when taking the enemas. It was all around a great product and I think I will do it again when I get up the nerve and energy to fast again. I feel I have more in there to get out. I've been constipated for the better part of 10 years so I'm sure I didn't get it all out...but I got a lot of it out I think. I've done coloson and Oxypowder alot in the past and I like them but I don't think they touch the hardened mucoid plaque.
