Hi Stanna - yeah, this is why I hate "is this ok on a candida diet?" questions. Everyone has an experience that is an exception to something. I read and was told that wheat in particular was a candida feeder, but as you know there is room for individuality. Heck, if you are getting better, there is no arguing with that!
