That makes a lot of sense. If you're going to be on this diet for a long time, potentially years for some of us, then you have to make some reasonable choices. But I agree, if you flare badly with certain foods, then best to avoid those. Gosh we can't starve ourselves, can we? I am finally able to add a lot more variety now that I'm getting well, yet still I have some foods I am highly allergic to ( not that feed candida but they cause my intestine pain ). So perhaps I'll always be allergic to them. Who cares. I'm able to function well and have a life now :-). God is so good.
