You mentioned flour products. Do you mean all flours? I didn't even realise flour is bad for us, except that I don't use wheat flour because wheat is an allergen. Please don't tell me I can't eat soya or rice flour because I don't know what I'd do without my homemade bread! What's wrong with flour? I'm really hoping you meant yeast and typed the wrong word! lol
