Some of what you are talking about is similar to what is happening to me. One main difference is that I am only
5' 9" @ 170lbs. It is very frustrating. I can tell from your writing that you are very intellegent and sensitive also. Guys like us need to live life not react to it.
My wife and I are now parents and I find there is less time than before for activities. Perhaps when he gets older there will be more family activities.
One big thing for me is activity. I need it or I get bored and depressed. We need a goal. A good one. Without it we will sway from diets, fitness plans and other life activiies.
