I placed an order and paid it through paypal. I have not received an email on the status of this order. Before yesterday (when I tried yesterday their site was down) I was able to check on my order's status. Now when I attempt to, it says I do not have an account, so I am unable to check the status.

I did call a number that was on their website. It leads me to a voice mail. It does not acknowledge the voice mail as being to Herbalhut though.

Has anyone else had a problem with this company? Or is there just a glitch with their website?
