Okay so this is day 5 and I am having alot of itching. Of all the symptoms I did not expect this one. Could this be due to toxin release ?

I have not passed any BM( sorry to be graphic) do you think I should learn to do an enema if this related to toxins? I really did not wish to go there as my system is kinda fragile and I did not wish to expedite any possible electrolyte imbalance.


Where does the sudden increase in hunger come from? Even the cat is beginning to look like a miniature pot roast walking..

Any thoughts on what the bare minimum of water intake should be? I am having trouble consuming half my body weight in water and was wondering if this somehow related.

Thanks for any input.
