i never pull often with sesame oil or i wake up hours before my alarm! which i guess has its benefits but anoyance at times too. since i noticed this patern i have never used it more then once a week. maybe it would be intersting to see waht would happen if i used it for a few weeks in a row.

i have been meaning to try the oil of oregano but didnt think starting now would be a good time since its stronger.
