Today I've bought a wheatgrass kit. So now I will make fresh juice. What do you recommend to take, to begin with?
About the normal grass... well I'm very curious, and I'd like to experiment with it, but I would like some scientific research, or some source for information about it. There is plenty of information on wheatgrass, but I couldn't find anything about just normal gras. I wanna make sure I don't do any harm to myself, so I'd like some reference.
