well, make sure you read over the FAQ's...esp. regarding salt-loading, companion nutrients, adjunct protocols.
Organs of elimination must be clear..
My advice, every time, is to start low and slowly work your way up. Start at 6.25-12.5 mg daily and ease your way up. That way you can monitor your detox and adjust dosage, pause, etc...
