I'll do my best to keep this brief.

I've been reading this site for a couple years now (Thank You to everyone!). I've tried practically everything there is. Here's a quick synopsis of my results:
* Ozonated water - works for me, gotta be more consistent with it.
* Vit C - worked for me, but hard on my kidneys and I had to stop. Haven't started again.
* H202/DMSO - kinda worked. Helped clear up o.b. faster, but that's about it.
* H202 bath - definitely works for me, but it's not always practical
* L-Lysine / Glutamaic acid- I didn't notice a real difference. Maybe should have stuck with it more?
* Terminator II zapper - kinda works. I think I get better results if I sleep with it in a sock against my foot. But I wake up in the middle of the night with what I call an "electricity headache". Anyway, it helps, but I can't use it all night.
* Beck Protocol - I don't know what the specific guidelines are for this (what to do when, what comes first, etc). Kinda helps. The Mag Pulser seems to aggitate the virus. I can't always tell if CS is working. Sometimes it seems like it does, sometimes not. Blood electric purifier - same thing. Not sure I can tell a significant difference. But they don't hurt and I think they help even if it's just a little.
* VCNO - worked for me. I did this one near the beginning of this journey I"m on. It really helped, but it got to be too much. It affected my nails (on my hands) and I started losing my hair. MSM fixed those problems, but it was freaky.
* Olive leaf pills - works for me. But I have to take a lot to keep the virus suppressed/killed.
* Colloidal Silver gel - really works for me. Awesome stuff!

So... all of this to say, I've tried a bunch of stuff and have had varying degrees of success. For the things that worked, they seemed to work for a while, then I felt I hit a plateau. Then I'd try a new thing, make some progress, then hit a plateau again.

Which leads me to now. As of this writing (Sept 2007), I feel I've made a great deal of progress, and that I've won several significant "battles", but I'd like to feel more like I'm winning the war. I will say this: I went 12 months with no o.b's. (2/06 to 2/07) I don't know exactly what happened in Feb 07, but the virus shifted into my lymph system. Maybe some was there before, but it is clearly hanging out in the lymph nodes at the top of my legs now. Skin brushing helps, but I can't do that at work all day. I've had around 6 minor o.b's this year. This is really good for me. Before I started all this stuff I was one of those unfortunate chronic people who had o.b's ALL the time. I've noticed that the severity of the o.b has definitely decreased and the time to get rid of it is down to less than a day. So I guess I can't complain too much. Using the CS gel has cleared them up in no time - either overnight, or sometimes in a couple hours.

The last thing I just got/am trying is ozonated olive oil. I ingest a little bit of the liquid oil (less ozonated) and use the true hard gel/paste as a topical treatment. This has been for 3 days now. Today I discovered a rather significant o.b. but the CS gel has wiped it out.

I agree with the people who say "I'm going to fight this thing until i kill it/get rid of it." My feeling is, if I can get rid of some of it, I can get rid of all of it.

My concern now is that it's in my lymph system. Most of the stuff listed above is stuff I did before I knew it was in my lymph system. So, what now???
I'm considering a chi machine.. and what? Ozonated water to flush out the toxins?
I've been reading about BHT, but I'm on the fence about that at the moment.

Anyway, I'm sorry this is so long. This is why I don't post much. :-)

Thanks for any comments or suggestions.
J
