Homeopathic remedies can work very fast in acute cases (strep throat 3 days, ear infection 24 hours, pneumonia 5 days) but for chronic cases (arthritis, etc) may take a while. For acute cases figure 5 days on average
For chronic cases figure one month for each year you have had the problem.
As a rule of thumb figure acute = 7 days. For chronic give it a year, but can be much quicker.

You must remember that homeopathy is energy medicine and has no nutrients to feed the body, and all disease (except trauma) start by a lack of nutrients. So to get lasting results with homeopathy you need to make the changes with your diet if needed
