Oxypowder is easier to use, Colosan is less expensive. Both products are very effective for those who need that type of cleanse. The choice is yours. You can do a short P&B cleanse is you are careful, drink plenty of water and not take huge doses of the psyllium. I would not use the P&B for more than a week, but it might be effective in helping sweep the colon clean after your magnesium based cleanse. A lot depends on how strong your peristaltic action is, and being well hydrated.
