I certainly did assume that the original poster was a male due to the fact that there was a "wink" emoticon after the message title, and that the querie was specifically confined to a man's sexual experience with a woman who's suffered a hysterectomy - pardon ME. #77203,you failed to cut-and-paste my entire sentence which included an apology for my assumption and chose, rather, to take the content out of context - something that an "Identifiable Curezone Member" chose to do in an attempt to bolster a personal disagreement quite some time in the past. I don't need to examine my issues or draw "seriuos conclusions" about myself, thank you - I am aware of my shortcomings and my own fallible humanity. For anyone to suggest that they have never made an error in judgment or a stupid assumption might give pause for THEM to consider their own issues, particularly after an open, public apology has been issued and they have chosen to take words out of context, as you have done.
Internet communication has its benefits and drawbacks. The main reason that people (yes, like ME) jump to conclusions when reading an internet post on any forum, or in a chat, is that they can only draw conclusions by the information made available to them. There is no visual link, body language, or vocal inflections to augment an individual's point, gender, or sincerity. This becomes become a serious problem when a person uses an anonymous posting ID, fails to identify their gender, and/or chooses to withold vital information with regard to their condition or concern. As with the original poster of this thread, the questions were confined to a man's sexual satisfaction, and not indicative of a very DIRE personal condition that was later explained, in some detail.
I would urge folks who are seeking answers to include as much information about themselves and their condition as possible, even if they wish to remain anonymous. Without vital information, people (like ME) will jump to conclusions. And, again: PARDON ME for being a fallible human! LOL!
For the original poster: PLEASE, get more opinions on your dire condition. There may be other alternatives available than a hysterectomy. God bless you and best wishes to you.
