I have only a slight white tongue.

I also had rashes on the mucous membrane in my mouth. When I scraped with a fingernail over the mucous membrane of the cheek (in the mouth), I always got quite a lot of white matter. This is now substantially reduced. I think this was kind of candida leaking from the gut, entering the system and expose itself in the mouth. It also exposed itself on some outer skin area's, for example on the skin of some toes. This is also reduced since I am doing rectal insufflation.

My fatigue, foggy brain and 'toxic' feeling are by far the worst symptoms which really ruin my life. This problems are slighly reduced by now.

Is the above common candida problems?
