I know this pain.

It is so awful, and it will occassionally revisit. each time a bit less raw.
I hope your healing happenes. I will pray for you. I am so sorry this happened.

"I will focus on the good that I experience and I will give up the pain."
hmm - this became a meditation for me again and again.

I also stopped trying to understand the "why"
and with each week I did start to recover.
