> How long did it take you to see results? I lost 5 pounds in the 1st week and then 2 more during the 3rd week (which keep fluctuating); but I have maintained the 5 pounds. I've been following it to the letter as I have had food allergies and found it odd they were closely matched in this book. I'm in week 5 and really want to see some more weight loss.
