ohhhh wombie bombie, but I haven't had any Iodine in about a month now. Can I do a megadose and get back with you in the morning with my answer ?

BTW, what is a megadose ? Is that like, 1 mg for a person who has never licked a kelp weed, or more like 5 mg for one who dulses there corn flakes every morning ? Or a whold gram perhaps ? Should I salt flush, or should I flush first and then salt it ? I can report that the hair hasn't fallen out of my crotch yet, and my battle soldier is still in full dress, ammo and all, which suggests maybe I hadn't reached sufficiency after all. Perhaps after a megadose or two, once I figure out what that is, I'll be able to think more clearly as some others believe they have been doing.
