actually i still have Acne until now but my face i think has improved because it is not so greasy anymore. i think you have done all the good stuff the get rid of your acne. i would suggest you a few thing. first is fish oil 1000mg eat it 1 capsule 3 times daily, vitamin e 1000mg, zinc is also important. and the most important thing i believe is liver and bowel cleanse. this is just my 2 cents hope it will help you.
