I don't recall my lips every getting white when wet. They would just flake off and the lower lip was red and a bit swollen. I'm continuing to use the creame along with petrolium jelly and have also stopped eating milk, eggs peanut butter, wheat and soy as I read that these foods can make eczema worse for many people.
