I was so excited to get to respond on the forum, I forgot to mention that I too am battling w/ Fibromyalgia and am about 30 lbs over weight. I am looking for much further results that just weight loss, although that would just put the icing on the cake. I am hoping that w/ weight loss and cleansing I can get to be in better health than I am in right now. I am 27 and just was diagnosed in june 2003 after being bed ridden for almost a month before anyone figured out what in the world was wrong w/ me. So let's let the fast be our friend and help us to get the youth we deserve. Again, hang in there.
