Wow! It's already day 10! I'm totally amazed. I've tried for months to succeed at this, only to last 1 or 2 days before giving in. This one hasn't been so difficult. I haven't missed any work, lost any energy, suffered much detox, or struggled much with the temptation of food. And Easter chocolate was free and all around!!

I've only lost about 11 lbs so far, but the goal for me is health...the weight is just a secondary benefit.

I definitely am still releasing all sorts of crap, so it feels right to go on longer.
