Your condition sounds similar to mine. I am 25 and have had this problemm for about 4 years. Right now I am trying to keep my lips from contact wih water (difficult but can be done) and not using any chapsticks or anything like that. Don't really know if it's working yet but will find out soon enough. I've tried all kinds of topical steroids and creams on my lips but nothing seems to work much. Sounds like your taking sensiible steps to get rid oof it.
