wow thank you so much......your right a 100% right... i do feel good about this...no matter what...my morning puffs is just a want not a need....and sooner or later that want will go away..or like you stated i will forget to do it...and it wont mean anything cause i didnt really need it to begin with.....i know you can do this as well...its more mental then it is anything.....find that touchstone again..and dont want to be there... PUT YOURSELF THERE.... that wonderful feeling can be yours forever if you just let it be..FLED i'm with you all the way with this...when you do finally decide to do this ...i will be here for you...you can yell at me..call me names if it makes you feel better whatever ..I will be here for you when your ready....i dont want to give you pause...i want to give you strenght and courtage to quit the dam nasty things...lol..its nice to know you to fledgling..frenchfri...
