thank you so much for posting your story...very inspiring....i too hate all and everything about smoking.... i tell myself i'm a non smoker as well...but funny i still allow myself to take a few puffs in the morning...eeks.. i will try that deep breathing you were talking about...and see how that flies for me... this is the battle of battles for me ..... i have been eating way to much food and i'm gonna look like a elephant if i keep this up.....eeeks... and the battle continues....but your story is gonna see me threw thanks again.... frenchfri...
