I still see these in the gas stations. I had a friend who used them for a while, but he just ended up smoking more, kind of like when some people switch to lights. It was pretty revealing to see what accumulated though; that may provide the incentive to help you quit. Imagine all that stuff in your lungs!

They might provide some aid for some people, but I think you have to be REALLY ready to quit no matter what method you choose. I tried to quit several times before I was ready and just ended up smoking more heavily after a few days of hell.
