I live in Asia. People smoke like chimneys over here. Cigarettes are cheap and come with English names like "longlife" and "mild7." Lung Cancer is one of the top deadliest cancers, just like the rest of the world. Even older women who never smoked, but cooked over stir-fry for too many years are common to die from lung cancer here. I'm curious who told you that Asians have some secret miracle that keeps them immune from lung disease. ???

AsiaWeek article citing increased lung cancer in China as American tobacco companies exploit less informed markets overseas....particularly Asians.
