I think I just took a squirt under the tongue every time I had a craving. But I also started off every morning with 1-2 droppersfull in a shot of water.

If you want a really good brand (which is potent as to cfause you to only need drops rather than squirts), try Dr. Schulze 's Lobelia. Otherwise I know you can find it at places like Whole Foods.

That is awesome your hubby recovered from the Lyme. I am sure my hubby has it too (also manifested as weird psychiatric stuff).
