Hello, my fellow smoking cessation warriors!

Question...When I quit yesterday (cold turkey) I experienced SEVERE chills, fever (up to 102), headache, nausea...Anyone else experience this? I seem to be okay this morning, but man, what a day I had yesterday. I literally wanted to die I felt so miserable.

I had also taken one lozenge of the "Stop-It Smoking" program. I'm wondering if maybe I had a reaction to it? Does this cause worse withdrawal symptoms?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
