I had this problem before and what I realized was that the morning after when you are likely to throw up you should not eat anything. At least that´s what I do and it works. All I take is a lot of water(warm) with a pinch of Sea Salt in it.

I noticed that right after drinking the water I blurp and I can still taste the oil. After a few glasses( usually three) I no longer blurp then I eat some well cooked vegetables, which in fact, help to push more stones.

Last night I flushed and this morning I´ve had lots of stones coming out, over 100 so far(it´s lunch time here now)many are crusehd as I am taking Stone Breaker Tincture that seems to be making miracles in me.Some stones as large as 1.5 cm. I am sure that´s much more to come down.

So, what recommend is that you should take the oil plus juice and lay on yr right side(Mrs Chang says it tends to work better that way) and on the following morning try to keep quiet and only drink warm water with salt at least until lunch time. Thjis helpe me .

I know how frustratring it is to throw up.
