Hello...I too am now taking up running as a great form of exercise. I plan to run today in a little bit. I have gone back to eating whole foods and no supplements. Thanks for the response. It is good to hear from all of you that what I am experiencing was not a detox crisis but rather a trauma from over supplementation. The doctor who I was seeing had told me that I was merely expereincing a detox affect which I find to be bogus rather it is a congestion condition. Thanks for the tips of excercise, whole foods, relaxation, and meditation.
