Flowerchild,
After the trauma from the supplements, I now more than ever eat whole organic foods, juice, take hot bathes, exercise more, and aviod coffee and alcohol and other dehydrating substances. I can't believe that this ex-doctor of mine thought that this was a flush! Being young and impressionable, I argeed to do take all these supplements. She has refunded me for the cost of the supplements so that is good yet I feel that there may be damage to my internal organs from them. I guess I just have to be patient and keep cleansing. Thanks for your response.
