Hey Cheryl,
Great work!! Amazing what we can accomplish when push comes to shove, eh? I am in kind of the same boat in my colon! Been seriously cleansing for over 2 years, one step at a time. Long MCs, many many colonics, lots of herbs... learning to do a proper enema! Hey! It's all good!

I will do my first Liver Flush Friday/Saturday, and looking very much forward. I had a liver-related Master-Cleanse crisis at day 57 recently, then a VERY productive colonic following... one of my main problem areas is the corner where the ascending colon crosses over at the liver, and I EXPLOsively lost a nasty antique pocket of waste in this area with day glo orange antique bile diarrhea (a little graphic, but we are among serious flushers here)!

I feel pretty certain after my long cleanse and definite indication from the liver that it would like to release old garbage that this will be a fun flush! Finally found epsom (I live in Mexico). It comes in pretty cute blue pyramid shaped boxes you have to know a password to get hold of (almost)!

Tell me. If you have no GB, does your liver tend to gunk up more frequently? I would imagine it will always require extra support and cleansing.

Also, even at 14, I have read a buncha posts where people will have clean flushes, then flush again and get a mess of stones! Is there ever a way to know when you're Done?

I guess with cleansing the truth is we are never Done. Just taking a break!

Thanks for your informative posts. It is a comfort to know you're here!!

Best,
Somer
