Boy.

What you did is not a flush. 14 supplements!!! To much supplements can do harm to your body the same way medical drugs do.

If you want to clean the bowels, do enemas and do some colonics.

If you want to clean Liver do liver flush. (apples, epsom salt, grapefruit and olive oil). You will find many recepies on this site.
