The Florida student was hogging the whole controlled event. They should have just cuffed him and hauled him off, they must be weakling cops. Or they take a sadistic pleasure in shocking someone.

Kerry's follow up statement was a complete fabricated lie. He said he didn't know the student was tasered. He was screaming at the tops of his lungs.
