A book to check out: "You Can Heal Your Life," by Louise L. Hay. The author's premise is that the mind is powerful, so powerful that we may create physical afflictions in ourselves. As I cleanse my skin, I visualize my psychological toxins being rid too. I see myself with clear, smooth skin. Sounds crazy but hey, it's free and ya just never know.

Last week I received my second chemical peel. Wow, what a difference. I never thought I would do something that drastic but it has helped. I can't take my skin for granted and take very gentle care of it. No more squeezing or picking.

I just returned all of my Proactiv products for a refund. It just didn't work for me.

Once again, good luck...hang in there, I know what it's like.
