One thing to keep in mind is that these doctors give recommendations and what you can do to live with MCS or reduce MCS not to get rid of it. This is why Liver Flushing is so important. I think you mentioned saunas before,this is very important on a regular basis to remove all that toxic matter that may have accumulated in your body over the years.
