You're right about the ono! And yep, I am lucky that my doc wrote the prescription. If he hadn't, though, I would probably have bought some, tried it, and gone from there. That is a hefty price tag to pay month after month, though. I am using the Urso as sort of a stop gap measure. My doc will probably continue to prescribe it as long as I am losing weight, and that could be a year. In the meantime, I am trying to get as healthy as possible, clean up my liver, and hopefully I will be able to go off the Urso without a return to the awful pain. I feel comforted knowing that there is something out there that helps, though. That pain was horrible, and it lasted sooooo long!
